We're Home

Connor slept the whole ride home from the hospital to the house which was great.  I tried to sleep on the way home, but Candace told me I had to keep my eyes on the road and focus.  Go figure.  

It turns out that Connor is super-tiny.  He is too small for his car seat, his clothes, and anything else we try and put him in.  Looks like my hopes of him being an NBA star are out the window.  

Belle also did very well with Connor.  She was home when we got there this afternoon and immediately gave him some kisses.  I feel really bad because Belle and Rylee have been without their parents since late Tuesday night.  Rylee even tore off the dust ruffle on our couch.  Keisha and Jared were able to surgical repair our couch so you really cannot tell.  People say that your dogs become just dogs once you have kids, but I would have to disagree.  I really missed those dogs the past few days.

Tonight will be the first night in the house without 24 hour nursing service.  Unless, any of you want to come by and stay over to help out at any hour we ask that is.  Check out the pics below from our last day.
